About The Position

Ensure compliance with the Global Product Management standard and coordinate all activities for end-to-end processes related to Engineering Changes and Customer owned tooling information. Increase customer satisfaction and profitability related to the customer and its programs through the successful implementation of engineering changes and product lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • BBA or equivalent commensurate experience required
  • 8+ years as Project Leader, Manufacturing or Product Management in the automotive or metallurgical industries
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing people directly or indirectly
  • Direct customer relationship management and business development experience.
  • Multicultural awareness

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or alike) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Engineering Changes quotations and strategy for those Engineering Changes to increase account profitability and ensure the execution of the programs on time, cost and quality.
  • Develops and manages the Engineering Changes portfolio in order to meet the main KPI’s objectives and criteria.
  • Assure Customer Communication and relationship.
  • Consolidate and communicate the account value added in terms of price, volume & cost to generate visibility.
  • Lead the VAVE practices with the Customer and Operations to meet customer expectations
  • Manage PM team lifecycle to ensure the development and success of their Collaborators.
  • Manage tooling life cycle information for the Organization and Customer.
  • Ensure Product Management collaborative work relationship and open communication channels with Operations.
  • Ensure data management systems to meet customer and external audit requirements.
  • Escalate any potential issue that might impact customer satisfaction to the upper management.
  • Develop and manage direct reports through Performance Management & Development Process
  • Lead & promote the Metalsa culture
