The Co-op will join a team supporting Wellington Leaders, with exposure to the financial services industry. In this role, the Co-op will assist with a mix of ongoing initiatives and short-term projects related to investment operations, governance, documentation, and research. The Co-op will collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including Investment Management, Operations, and Investment Administration, and may also interact with external partners. This position provides hands-on experience across different stages of fund and transaction lifecycles and offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into how a global investment management firm operates.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, organizing, and supporting the production of investment- or fund-related materials
  • Assisting with data entry, database population, and document management
  • Conducting research and analysis related to business initiatives or market developments
  • Supporting process reviews and identifying gaps or improvement opportunities
  • Assisting with record maintenance and retention activities
  • Coordinating information, materials, or approvals across teams
