Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating engineering projects from initiation through completion Support project managers in developing timelines, tracking milestones, and managing deliverables Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews Leverage AI to analyze project performance data and suggest process improvements Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, and Microsoft Project) to track tasks and workflows Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude Preferred Skills Basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Experience working in team-based environments Interest in project management or operations roles What You’ll Gain Real-world experience managing engineering projects Exposure to product development lifecycle and technical teams Mentorship from experienced project managers and engineers Opportunity to contribute to impactful projects
