The Product Line Manager will shape a rolling three-year global product strategy and financial plan across key markets (US, EMEA, Korea, Japan), define compelling product positioning, and ensure successful launches in partnership with Design, Development, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and international teams. Responsibilities include overseeing the development of and engaging third-party golfer research for psychographic and demographic segmentation, product demands, and performance. The ideal candidate excels at translating consumer and competitive insights into actionable strategies, leads best-in-class product development processes, delivers impactful presentations to stakeholders and key accounts, and builds strategic partnerships that elevate brand presence and accelerate global adoption.
