About The Position

Eaton’s Electrical Sector America - ARS/Fibrebond division is currently seeking a Product Line Manager. This role must be based in Minden, LA, located in the greater Shreveport metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is available to candidates currently residing in the US. In this role, you will provide direction and leadership for the Industrial and Utility product lines manufactured in Minden, LA. Key responsibilities include sharing of profit and loss responsibilities with divisional operations management. This role is fully accountable for setting product line pricing strategy and price realization objectives. In addition, the role manages the marketing, sales and engineering/project management of the product line to achieve orders entered and sales billed in line with plant objectives, as well as identifying strategic policy and development programs necessary to satisfy future customer needs and support market growth. You will also set the strategic direction for the product line, including product line growth strategy, product roadmap, vertical segment strategy, channel strategy and life extension strategy. Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing or other business discipline
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in sales, marketing or product management within the electrical industry
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing people
  • Solid understanding of relevant commercial and industrial markets and rapidly changing technologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills at a variety of different organizational levels
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%, including global travel

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Eaton sales or operational experience
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in sales, marketing or product management within the electrical industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage front-end support and engineering functions including: Division Sales, engineering/project management Support and guide strategic design engineering
  • Manage department budget and establish annual profit plan objectives for the product line. Responsible for meeting top line and bottom line objectives.
  • Manage Sales Billed and Orders Entered Market Share.
  • Set long term strategic plan for product line and establishes product line strategic direction utilizing, market research and competitive analysis information.
  • Establish annual marketing and profit plans, growth initiatives and 5-year strategic plan for the product line.
  • Determine marketing communication needs – develop promotion and communication strategies and plans to enhance product demand.
  • Develop, implement and review tactical sales plans to meet annual sales volume, price, market share and operating profit objectives.
  • Monitor product line financial and market performance, implementing responsive tactical changes as required.
  • Establish and maintain expertise in contractual terms and conditions to identify areas requiring Grants of Authority approval.
  • Select Customer Satisfaction objectives, monitor and initiate corrective action as required.
  • Provide forecast information of market conditions and financial projections to plant and division management.
  • Provide continuous improvement throughout the organization to reduce total cycle time, simplify the sales and engineering process and support the plant quality plan.
  • Assess and implements required department skills training.
