We are looking for a visionary Product Line Manager to lead our Optical Engines portfolio to market success.

The Role

As the PLM for CPO Engines, you own the commercial and technical success of Ayar Labs’ optical engine product line. Your mission is to define, position, and scale Ayar Labs’ strategy for CPO enabled scale-up AI architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in the semiconductor industry
• Familiarity with Silicon Photonics, advanced packaging, UCIe, and high-speed SerDes/Signaling.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Experience with Chiplets, I/O Die and/or Networking silicon.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the Product Line strategy for the TeraPHYTM optical chiplet family. Author comprehensive PRDs that set the direction for engineering and manufacturing execution.
• Technical Marketing: Develop high quality white papers, datasheets, application notes and other collateral aimed at customers and partners.
• Market Intelligence: Track the evolution of AI clusters, networking switch fabrics, and disaggregated memory to drive out I/O chiplet roadmap with target customers.
• Product Operations: Lead the Optical Engine products through the internal PLC (Product Life Cycle) gate process. Collaborate widely with Engineering, Quality, Operations and other functions to ensure high-volume manufacturing readiness.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary interface for Tier 1 Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), xPU architects and networking OEMs regarding laser reliability and deployment.
