Product Lead

About The Position

Our client is building an agentic AI platform for healthcare finance. Its financial operating system connects fragmented clinical and financial data, automates manual analysis, and helps hospital and medical-group leaders improve margins while preserving access to patient care. Founded in 2024, the company has raised approximately $35 million from leading technology and healthcare investors. Its platform is already used by healthcare organizations managing more than $5 billion in combined revenue. The company has approximately 27 employees and is headquartered in New York City. This is a hands-on Product Lead role with end-to-end ownership of an entire healthcare-finance product vertical. You will define the problem thesis, roadmap, agent design, customer adoption strategy, commercial outcomes, and realized dollar value as a single-threaded owner and peer to the founders.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of product experience, ideally owning a business line, product portfolio, or net-new enterprise product end to end.
  • A demonstrated record of taking a net-new product or business line from concept through launch, real users, measurable adoption, and customer value.
  • Hands-on experience building AI or agentic products in production, with a strong point of view on reliability, trust, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Ability to rapidly create useful product prototypes with v0, Cursor, Claude, or comparable tools.
  • Experience working directly with executives, including directors, VPs, CFOs, or other C-suite leaders, in discovery, pre-sales, or strategic product sessions.
  • Healthcare or finance domain exposure, with healthcare-provider finance or operations strongly preferred.
  • B2B or enterprise software experience in a startup or high-ownership builder environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, executive presence, product judgment, and commercial orientation.
  • Ability to connect product decisions to adoption, operational outcomes, and measurable dollar value.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to work from the Union Square office in New York City four days per week or willingness to relocate.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep experience in healthcare revenue cycle, payer contracting, service-line economics, hospital operations, compliance, physician compensation, pharmacy margins, or adjacent provider-finance workflows.
  • Familiarity with Epic Clarity or Caboodle, Strata, Vizient, Premier, or related healthcare data systems.
  • Experience leading a product vertical at an early-stage company and growing a team around it.
  • Experience in customer-facing product discovery, enterprise pre-sales, pricing, and packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Own an entire product vertical, such as revenue intelligence, hospital performance, supply chain, compliance, or another high-value healthcare-finance domain.
  • Define the product thesis, roadmap, AI-agent strategy, adoption plan, success metrics, and realized-dollar outcomes.
  • Run deep discovery sessions with CFOs, revenue-cycle leaders, finance executives, and health-system operators.
  • Design agentic workflows and decide which actions should run autonomously, which require human review, and how systems earn trust.
  • Rapidly prototype product concepts with tools such as v0, Cursor, Claude, and related AI development environments.
  • Validate concepts with customers before partnering with engineering to build durable production systems.
  • Write clear specifications, run quality assurance, support onboarding, and stay close to real user workflows.
  • Drive activation, engagement, adoption, and confirmed customer value rather than stopping at product delivery.
  • Partner with go-to-market leaders on pricing, packaging, positioning, and the strategic deals your vertical needs to win.
  • Grow the team around the vertical as it earns headcount and establish the quality bar for future product leaders.

Benefits

  • Competitive equity in a Series A company.
