About The Position

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full ownership of the product from day one. You will be end to end across discovery, refinement, sprint planning and delivery, and serve as the connective tissue between engineering, business context and the customer. You will be immersed in the latest AI tools, personally building and testing prototypes using Figma, Cursor, Replit, v0 and SQL. You will lead conversations with senior stakeholders, translate what you hear into roadmap decisions, and set product priorities aligned to the North Star objectives. As the company scales, you will grow and shape the product function. This is a 0 to 1 role that suits someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and is energised by building something where there is nothing.

Requirements

  • Early-stage startup experience: pre or post-PMF environments where the problem space is still forming
  • Hands-on builder: you prototype, demo and ship things you have built yourself, not just specced
  • Technical fluency: comfortable with platform architecture, data models and basic SQL
  • Commercial presence: trusted by executive stakeholders and able to lead high-stakes customer conversations
  • Outcome-focused: you set priorities, guide decisions and build process as you go
  • AI-native: you use tools like Figma, Cursor, Replit and v0 daily to move from idea to production faster
  • Adaptable and inquisitive: comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited by category creation

Responsibilities

  • End to end product ownership: discovery, refinement, sprint planning and delivery
  • Lead customer conversations with senior stakeholders and translate insight into roadmap decisions
  • Personally build and test prototypes using Figma, Cursor, Replit, v0 and SQL
  • Work directly with the co-founders and Head of Engineering to align market needs with engineering output
  • Own the full product surface, from user-facing UI to backend systems and integrations
  • Build the product analytics strategy from the ground up
  • Set priorities aligned to North Star objectives and guide product decision-making
  • Build process and structure as the team grows, shaping the product function over time
