About The Position

The Product Lead - Operations is a member of the Enterprise Applications Team and will be responsible for owning the roadmap and lifecycle of all applications that support Construction Operations within our organization including Project Management, Scheduling, Safety, Quality, Estimating/Preconstruction, Prequalification, Subcontractor Management, and Workforce Planning. These complex solutions will require the individual to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments in pursuit of a shared goal to meet both technical and business objectives for the organization. They will partner closely with internal development teams and external vendors to manage ongoing solutions and identify new innovative opportunities that align with Alberici’s values and technical strategy. This role will be expected to use AI thoughtfully and safely to improve clarity, coverage, and speed while preserving accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Operations applications and capabilities, supporting both business and technical teams.
  • Manage the Operations application portfolio and oversee application lifecycle planning, including investment, enhancement, replacement, and retirement decisions with a focus on cost optimization and reducing overlap and duplication.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and align solutions with operational needs.
  • Translate business workflows and challenges into clear technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, evaluating new features, and staying current with industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and organizational standards while providing regular reporting on portfolio performance, risks, ROI, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer acceptance testing and lead product training content creation, including videos and demonstration tools.
  • Facilitate development team ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environment.
