About The Position
BJAK is expanding its offerings beyond insurance to include spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling, with the mission to help people get more from their money every day. The company, founded in 2019, built the first mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia and is now looking for talented and driven individuals to join their global teams. BJAK values passion, building next-generation products, and redefining financial applications for everyone. This role is for senior product builders who can own direction, execution, product quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams or squads within BJAK's AI Neobank app. The company is seeking individuals who can lead product direction for major areas of the app, define priorities, roadmaps, product standards, and success metrics. The role involves guiding PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers, and working across various financial services including insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel. The Product Lead will be responsible for turning constraints into practical product decisions, driving launch quality, fostering continuous improvement, and building a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value, and honest measurement.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features.
- Able to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
- Strong judgement on prioritization, trade-offs and product sequencing.
- Comfortable with high ambiguity, fast changes and senior stakeholder pressure.
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys.
- Strong English communication is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs / POs / cross-functional squads is a strong advantage.
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas.
