About The Position
BJAK, founded in 2019 with the mission to provide smarter ways for people to plan, save, and grow their money, has become the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. Now, BJAK is expanding its offerings to include spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and traveling, aiming to help people get more from their money daily. With a diverse global team of over 20 nationalities, BJAK seeks passionate, driven individuals who enjoy building next-generation products and redefining financial applications for everyone. This role is for talented individuals who are motivated by their passion for building great products rather than simply counting hours. BJAK is looking for strong operators to join the CEO Office to support the expansion of its AI Neobank app. This position is crucial for translating CEO priorities into tangible execution across various domains including product development, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launches, and maintaining the daily operating rhythm of the business.
Requirements
- High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
- Clear writer, structured thinker, and strong follow-through operator.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
- Strong judgment on what matters, what is blocked, and what needs escalation.
- Ability to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process.
- Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
- Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
- Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
- Identify execution gaps and drive teams to close them.
- Take ownership of urgent business problems that span multiple departments.
