About The Position

BJAK's mission is to provide people with smarter ways to plan, save, and grow their money. Founded in 2019, BJAK initially built the first mobile-first insurance platform, making insurance accessible online to millions in Southeast Asia. Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Clear writer, structured thinker, and strong follow-through operator.
• Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
• Strong judgment on what matters, what is blocked, and what needs escalation.
• Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process.
• Strong English communication is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
• Candidates must be based in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
• Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
• Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them.
• Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.
