Product Lead - Workforce Solutions
About The Position
Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, aiming to verify 100% of good identities in real time and prevent fraud. The Workforce Solutions area is expected to be Socure's fastest-growing segment, with broad impact across industries and geographies. The Product Lead will be responsible for the zero-to-one creation of new products and the entire lifecycle post-launch, including defining the vision, roadmap, execution, and go-to-market strategy, all powered by RiskOS. This involves composing high-signal verification flows using existing Socure components like DocV, Digital Intelligence, Sigma Fraud, and Sigma Synthetic, and creating new signals or products where market needs exist. RiskOS provides a robust workflow engine, Hosted UX, and agentic capabilities to launch innovative HR and Recruitment solutions, such as dynamic policy agents, reviewer copilots, and intelligent, outcome-driven checks.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years in product management or product strategy, with leadership experience in identity, risk, fraud, HR or recruitment tech, or data platforms.
- A proven track record of taking a concept from zero to one and achieving product-market fit.
- Strong experience in go-to-market ownership, including pricing and packaging, positioning, enablement, and partnership strategy.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and design partners.
- Technical fluency with ML and AI products, including understanding data quality, model fit, platform tradeoffs, and delivery.
- Executive-level communication and cross-functional influence skills to align senior stakeholders and drive team progress.
Nice To Haves
- Deep experience with HRIS or ATS ecosystems, payroll platforms, or workforce compliance.
- A technical or quantitative degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and strategy for workforce identity, risk, and fraud prevention, setting a bold multi-year roadmap.
- Lead zero-to-one product development, identifying critical problems, validating concepts quickly, launching v1, and scaling successful products.
- Deliver end-to-end lifecycle coverage for workforce verification, from job application and interview risk checks to onboarding, ongoing access, account takeover defense, and payroll fraud prevention.
- Orchestrate solutions within RiskOS using its workflow engine, Hosted UX, and agentic decisioning to create adaptive, learning solutions.
- Manage the business aspects of the product, including defining success metrics, pricing and packaging, positioning, and making build/partner/buy decisions.
- Lead the go-to-market motion by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to secure lighthouse customers, enable the sales team, and drive product adoption.
- Grow the product ecosystem by securing integrations and partnerships with HRIS, ATS platforms, and other relevant systems.
- Operate with data by translating product analytics, fraud signals, and market feedback into clear priorities and increased development velocity.
- Elevate the product team by mentoring other Product Managers and aligning Engineering, Data Science, Design, Compliance, and Operations around clear plans.
