About The Position

Hilco Vision is seeking an experienced Product Label Specialist for its facility in Fairfield, Ohio. The role creates custom box labels for new products based on customer specifications and produces internal product labels. It maintains an accurate, organized label database, prints product box labels for manufacturing orders, and processes daily customer label orders accurately and efficiently. The position supports a high level of customer service and requires approximately 90% independent work without direct supervision. The listed schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

Follow organizational safety practices and procedures, including wearing required PPE in designated areas.
Demonstrate attention to detail and processes to help produce quality products for customers.
Work independently for periods of time while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Have knowledge of labeling software such as Bartender or other programs, and experience developing and managing a labeling database.
Understand sales orders and work orders to ensure they are processed and staged accurately for production.
Be able to lift 40 pounds and stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

Input and update label information in the database.
Perform weekly inventory counts on all labels and update the M3 ERP system as necessary.
Print product box labels for all manufacturing departments.
Work independently, with approximately 90% of the role performed without direct supervision.
Process and print all custom label orders daily.
Create custom box labels for new products according to customer specifications and create internal product labels.
Manage the label database to maintain accuracy and organization.
