About The Position

Hilco Vision is seeking an experienced Label Specialist to join its team at its Fairfield, Ohio facility. The role creates custom box labels for new products based on customer specifications, produces internal product labels, maintains an accurate and organized label database, prints product box labels for manufacturing orders, and processes daily customer label orders. The position contributes to maintaining a high level of customer service and requires substantial independent work.

Requirements

Follow organizational safety practices and procedures, including wearing required PPE in designated areas.
Demonstrate attention to detail and processes.
Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Have knowledge of labeling software such as Bartender or other programs, and experience developing and managing a labeling database.
Understand sales orders and work orders to ensure they are accurately processed and staged for production.
Be able to lift 40 pounds and stand or sit for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Input and update label information in the database.
Conduct weekly inventory counts of all labels and update the ERP system (M3) as necessary.
Print product box labels for all manufacturing departments.
Work independently, with approximately 90% of the role performed without direct supervision.
Process and print all custom label orders daily.
