About The Position

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, interns take part in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy training, Corporate Finance Institute training, and a volunteer day. Interns choose one of two sessions: May 25–August 13 or June 14–September 3. The Product Management Internship provides hands-on experience supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. The intern works closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to learn how products are researched, designed, and delivered. Supporting the Product Management and Business Process team, the intern helps design, build, and test internal workflow and automation tools for Commercial Lending using low-code platforms such as n8n. Training is provided on these tools, and the intern is expected to learn quickly and contribute to developing a new internal product. The role is suited to a student with a computer science or related technical background and some familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, or APIs, though demonstrated skills and potential matter more than major. The intern also documents the work and processes to preserve business knowledge and support delivery across multiple workstreams.
