Requirements
- Engineering bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years engineering/truck experience
Responsibilities
- Solve Data Driven corrective actions by providing technical support to address complex product related issues in the heavy-duty truck market
- Determine Root cause and solutions to product issues affecting customer satisfaction
- Coordinate issues between internal and external customers
