Integrity Engineer

Producers Midstream•Dallas, TX

About The Position

The Integrity Engineer provides technical leadership and program ownership for plant reliability across all company facilities. The role establishes, implements, and maintains the company’s Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) program, including the procedures, schedules, records, systems, and performance measures needed to manage it effectively. The engineer coordinates with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and other departments to ensure required inspections, preventive maintenance, pressure safety valve testing, emergency shutdown checks, and other reliability-critical work are completed on schedule. The position uses equipment history, inspection findings, and risk data to improve asset availability, mechanical integrity, safe performance, and long-term reliability at all plants. It works independently with minimal supervision and provides functional leadership for RBI and plant reliability programs, coordinating company personnel, contractors, inspectors, and service providers. It does not directly supervise employees unless assigned. The role requires travel to plant locations, overnight travel, extended time at plant sites, and availability for overtime or call-outs when needed. Work takes place both at a workstation and in industrial and construction settings.
