About The Position

They are seeking a Product Information Specialist to serve Customers by providing and maintaining product information, specifications, photos, videos, and text on their website. Requirements

You will have a Bachelor's degree as it is required
You will be an experienced user of MidwayUSA's core products and have a passion for shooting, hunting and the outdoors
You will have excellent product and technical knowledge
You will have excellent technical writing skills, and the ability to clearly identify important features and benefits of products
You will have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
You will be a team player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain selling text & specifications at the individual product and product family level
Collect, review, process, and link Supplier images and videos for products
Support SEO in assigned categories
Provide technical information support to Customer Service and eCommerce departments as needed
Maintain website browsing category assignments for new and existing products
Continuously improve overall website presentation and navigation for assigned product categories
