About The Position

This role involves loading and unloading parts onto paint lines, specifically ecoat and powder lines. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment as part of a team. The individual will be responsible for identifying material defects, ensuring correct product assembly, and maintaining an adequate supply of materials for continuous production. A working knowledge of the 5S system is necessary for maintaining the work area and reporting any abnormalities to the paint line supervisor. The job also requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout the day.

• Effective interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Must utilize proper PPE at all times while in the production area
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs continuously throughout the day
• Knowledge of the 5S system

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto ecoat and powder lines
• Work as part of a team at a fast pace in the industrial environment
• Identify defects on material while assembling products correctly
• Maintain adequate materials available for the continued process
• Maintain work area in accordance with 5S system
• Report any abnormalities to the paint line supervisor
