About The Position

The Warehouse Re-work Product Handler’s primary function is to re-work all returned product and sort into saleable and non-saleable cases. This role involves maintaining proper rotation of dates in the re-work area and ensuring that any non-saleable product found in the warehouse due to leakers or damage is sorted, reworked, or disposed of appropriately. In the future, all re-worked product will be logged and turned in for proper inventory adjustments. The position also includes general housekeeping of the warehouse during downtime, such as cleaning floors, walls, and removing cobwebs, and maintaining the reject wall with good dates.

Requirements

• At least 14 days shelf life for saleable returned product.

Responsibilities

• Re-work all saleable product returned from out in the market that has at least 14 days shelf life by putting in appropriate containers and returning to correct pallets.
• Maintain proper rotation of dates in the re-work area.
• Sort and rework or dispose of non-saleable product found in the warehouse due to leakers or damage.
• Log and turn in all re-worked product for proper inventory adjustments.
• Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse in downtime (floors, walls, cobwebs, etc.).
• Maintain the reject wall with good dates.
