About The Position

This is a full time, hourly position. Assignments Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to: Load/unload wet railcars/tanker trucks for distribution to customers; operate pumps and valves to unload liquid railcars; perform, document, and maintain QC and sanitation logs. Additional tasks and requirements are further identified on the job description. Candidates are required to have the ability to climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, work with heights, and work in hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment and lift up to 75 pounds. A willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays is also required. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
