About The Position

The Physical AI team at CoreWeave works directly with some of the world’s most advanced engineering organizations to identify, architect, and deploy AI-driven solutions to intractable physics challenges. This team sits at the intersection of industry expertise, machine learning innovation, and large-scale compute infrastructure, helping enterprise customers translate ambitious AI visions into practical, scalable deployments. As CoreWeave continues to expand its capabilities in AI infrastructure and applied machine learning, this team plays a critical role in helping customers identify transformative engineering problems and design credible technical pathways to solve them. CoreWeave is seeking a Product Strategist to translate executive-level AI ambitions into scoped, executable deployment programs inside large engineering organizations, particularly in the automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors. In this role, you will partner with Solutions Engineers, Product and Account Executives to shape high-impact AI opportunities and convert them into technically credible starting points for deployment. You will engage senior engineering and executive stakeholders to translate broad AI ambitions into structured problem statements and phased implementation roadmaps. Your work will turn early client conversations into qualified opportunities for sales to close, while channeling real-world product feedback that drives our PAI platform forward.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years experience working in product strategy for software where the clients are large enterprises (ideally large-scale engineering organizations but also other large companies are possible)
  • 3+ years experience designing or deploying AI, machine learning, simulation, or data-driven software solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate high-level technical strategy into implementation roadmaps and clearly defined technical scopes.
  • Experience assessing technical readiness, data availability, and organizational constraints that impact the success of AI deployments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, solutions engineering, field engineering, and product teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and infrastructure considerations for production deployments.
  • Experience engaging with senior technical stakeholders including engineering leadership, simulation/test teams, and data platform teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
