The Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction, which integrates with corporate strategy, for the Enterprise Payments ACH (Automated Clearing House) product group or geographic region. This role involves overseeing internal oversight reviews and addressing any corrective actions, working closely with internal cross-functional teams to manage the product group through its life cycles. The position requires an understanding of Nacha rules and pertinent regulatory requirements, conceptual understanding of APIs, and comfort with system integrations and file formats. Exposure to payments, fintech, or ERP systems is beneficial. The role also includes formulating and implementing marketing and communications programs, identifying and setting priorities for product development/modifications, pricing, and product positioning. Maintaining contact with clients, sales professionals, marketing areas, product managers, and other bank personnel is crucial. The Product Group Manager is responsible for managing the product group or geographic region's profitability and quality standards and may manage a diverse group of marketing, sales, and/or product development professionals, as well as administrative and technical staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
