About The Position
Bergstrom Toyota of Oshkosh is seeking a Product Genius to join their team. As a Product Genius, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, trims, features, and technologies. You will engage with guests by providing tailored product demonstrations, educating them on advanced features, and conducting test drives. This role also involves collaborating with the sales team to support the guest buying journey and ensuring a thorough vehicle delivery experience. Additionally, you will maintain showroom presentation and ensure vehicle technology is functional.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for automotive technology and guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technologies in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Proficient with technology, including mobile devices, apps, and automotive systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all vehicle models, trims, features, and technologies.
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Welcome and assist guests by providing product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
- Educate guests on the functionality and benefits of advanced features, such as infotainment systems, safety technologies, and connectivity options.
- Conduct test drives and answer questions to ensure guests feel confident in their vehicle choices.
- Collaborate with Sales Advisors to support the guest buying journey.
- Assist in explaining product features and benefits to enhance the sales process.
- Provide guidance to team members on vehicle technology and updates.
- Ensure each guest receives a thorough and personalized vehicle delivery experience.
- Demonstrate how to operate vehicle features and set up customization options for guests.
- Follow up with guests post-purchase to answer questions and provide continued support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Set up displays and ensure vehicle technology is functional and ready for demonstrations.
