About The Position

This high-profile role is responsible for partnering with a large, strategic co-brand partner to identify and implement the right end-to-end product and customer experience across all bank and partner touchpoints. As a Credit Card Product Manager, you will: Deeply understand the co-brand card product using data and insights to determine whether the product is meeting customer needs and enabling the right P&L outcomes for the bank Identify and implement improvements to drive deeper customer engagement, improved customer experience, optimized margins and inorganic growth, in all cases working with and through a cross-functional team within the bank and in our partner organization. Collaborate with the co-brand partner and our internal operations teams to ensure a cohesive customer service experience, enabling intuitive hand offs between the bank and the partner and a high quality servicing experience within both organizations. Partner closely with Finance to manage monthly performance analysis, identify trends, and deliver executive‑level reporting on profitability drivers, portfolio performance, and margin optimization opportunities. Build strong business cases and financial models to support roadmap prioritization Lead the implementation of new product enhancements and operational improvements ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. Works cross‑functionally with Marketing, Technology, Experience Design, Operations, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, Implementations, and Finance to deliver on portfolio priorities, and go‑to‑market execution.
