About The Position

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Production Flow Coordinator to join our weekend shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll support production flow by ensuring Assembly Operators remain at their workstations producing labor dollars while material movement, supply replenishment, tool retrieval, label printing, and kit transportation are handled by dedicated support personnel. This role reduces operator travel time, minimizes production interruptions, and increases overall operational efficiency by providing timely support throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0-2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining urgency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills preferred for printing labels and accessing production systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned kits, materials, and supplies to operator workstations.
  • Assign production kits to operators in real time based on production flow, operator availability, and established priorities.
  • Retrieve completed kits from operator workstations and transport them to the next production process.
  • Respond promptly to operator requests for spare parts and deliver required components.
  • Print, organize, and distribute production labels as needed.
  • Retrieve and deliver tools, fixtures, gauges, and production supplies to operators.
  • Maintain material flow between Warehouse, APH, Kitting, Audit, and Assembly departments.
  • Monitor workstation inventory levels and proactively replenish materials before shortages occur.
  • Support operators by eliminating non-value-added travel and minimizing production downtime.
  • Verify kits, materials, and supplies are delivered to the correct operator and work location.
  • Remove empty totes, packaging materials, and other non-essential items from production areas.
  • Expedite urgent production orders and customer priorities as directed by Leads or Supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Communicate material shortages, production concerns, or process barriers to the appropriate leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with Operators, Leads, Supervisors, Warehouse, and Kitting personnel to maintain continuous production flow.
