Product Experience Design Lead, Analytics

Cardinal Health
$105,100 - $150,100

About The Position

Cardinal Health is seeking a versatile product designer, mentor, and leader to join the Product Experience team. This role will focus on crafting digital products and services that help real people and support colleagues. The Product Experience Design Lead will define, lead, and implement the analytics experience across the Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution digital product portfolio. This involves working on analytical tools and dashboards that integrate clinical, financial, and operational data to enable providers to more efficiently control their practices’ financial performance. These products are designed to monitor drug utilization, claims payment and denials, reimbursement trends, margins, and provide insights for revenue cycle management opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with product, business, and analytics stakeholders to translate complex business questions into intuitive analytical experiences that empower informed decision-making. The individual will transform clinical, financial, and operational data into meaningful decision-support tools, dashboards, and workflows that help customers understand performance, identify opportunities, and take action with confidence. About the business you will support: Specialty is a rapidly growing industry that supports the development, distribution, payment, and administration of specialty pharmaceuticals. Key therapeutic areas include Oncology and Rheumatology. Specialty pharmaceuticals are defined by their use in treating rare or chronic diseases, their high cost (>$600/month), complex treatment regimens requiring ongoing monitoring and patient education, and specialized shipping requirements with limited product availability and distribution. The healthcare space is experiencing significant growth due to the convergence of new service models, technologies, health sector shifts, and a growing demand for open access to health information. Expectations for simple, useful, and delightful experiences are higher than ever as people's real and digital worlds become increasingly interwoven. This landscape presents an opportunity for thoughtful design and deep collaboration across disciplines to create the next generation of products and services.
