Thermo Fisher Scientific's internship program is designed to cultivate future leadership talent. Interns who excel in performance, demonstrate leadership potential, and align with the company's values may be considered for full-time roles post-graduation, including entry into Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) or other early career positions. As a global organization with diverse business units, functions, and locations, interns must be geographically flexible and mobile for both their assignment and potential future employment. Placement into internship, LDP, or full-time roles is contingent upon business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. This role requires onsite and in-office work as an essential function. These 10-week internships offer projects with significant strategic and/or operating importance. Summer projects may involve executing material qualification testing for clinical label materials and designs, supporting label stability studies, setting up and executing engineering tests, performing basic maintenance on laboratory equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
