About The Position

The Product Engineer owns the flagship rollout, customer onboarding, platform adoption, and customer success in creating and managing production-grade agents. The role also partners with a portfolio of customers to help them get value from Komodor, bring customer feedback to Product, identify recurring needs, and work with Product and Engineering to improve the platform. It combines technical expertise in cloud-native platforms with project management, customer-facing work, and cross-functional execution. This is a remote role based in the East US (EST).
