About The Position

Komodor is an Agentic Operations Platform for mission-critical production environments. It helps enterprises build custom agents under shared governance and context, and orchestrate them in workflows for AI SRE, AI Software Operations, and Cost Optimization. The company has $90M in funding. The Product Engineer joins the Product organization as a bridge between customers and the product. The role leads a strategic initiative to move customers from Komodor’s Kubernetes management platform to a next-generation platform for building, managing, monitoring, and operating custom internal agents on production-grade services. The Product Engineer owns the flagship rollout, including customer onboarding, adoption, and helping teams create and manage production-grade agents. The role also partners with a portfolio of customers to help them get value from Komodor, while bringing customer feedback and recurring needs to Product and Engineering to inform platform improvements. It combines technical expertise in cloud-native platforms with project management, customer-facing work, and cross-functional execution. This is a remote role based in the East US (EST).
