About The Position

We are seeking Product Engineers who will ship AI-powered product features end-to-end. This role involves working with real systems, real users, and real revenue, with code deployed in the same week it's written. The company is experiencing rapid growth, adding approximately 1,000 customers per month and growing 100x since last year. The core thesis is that turning judgment into compute is a constant hunt for leverage, with new AI models emerging monthly. The best product engineers embed with operators (sales, service, underwriting) to identify issues and build AI-powered solutions, ensuring their code directly runs the business.

Requirements

Software engineering experience shipping production systems (level determined during interviews)
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar
Experience building and shipping AI-powered features—LLM applications, agent pipelines, or workflow automation
Ability to work across the stack: frontend, backend, and the AI layer
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

Voice AI or real-time systems experience
RAG, agent frameworks, or evaluation systems
Background in operations tooling, sales tech, or workflow automation
Prior startup experience

Ship AI-powered features end-to-end — Frontend, backend, agents, and evals; own the whole thing, not a slice
Embed with operators — Sit with sales, service, and underwriting; find what's broken before they tell you
Build systems that compound — Every decision gets traced; every outcome feeds back; the AI gets smarter with each interaction
Stay on the frontier — Test new models and capabilities as soon as they are released
Move fast with AI tooling — Utilize tools like Cursor and Claude Code to compress development time
Own the metric, not the feature — Focus on achieving business outcomes like increasing conversion rates
Prove impact — Set up metrics, track results, and present findings to the company
