Product Engineer (React)

Recruiting From Scratch•San Francisco, CA
•Onsite

About The Position

The Product Engineer will build and evolve sophisticated, production-grade React interfaces across six to seven enterprise product surfaces for an AI platform that automates revenue workflows. The role includes making frontend architecture decisions, developing reusable UI components, improving performance and reliability, and implementing application logic and API orchestration between frontend experiences and FastAPI/Python services and underlying data systems. The engineer will work directly with enterprise customers and collaborate with growth strategists, forward-deployed engineers, backend and platform engineers, and applied AI and research teams. They will independently assess customer feedback, decide which problems merit investment, take products from initial idea through production launch, modernize existing interfaces, and own features through implementation, delivery, and iteration. The work calls for high ownership, product judgment, autonomy, pragmatic engineering, and rapid execution while maintaining engineering quality. The position is on-site five days per week at the company’s Potrero Hill office in San Francisco. Cash compensation is $200,000–$240,000, plus competitive equity.
