About The Position

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. We are looking for a Crew Lead for our Acquisition Funnel crew, responsible for organizing the crew's work and its output. This role involves 40% Individual Contribution, actively working on crew objectives. The crew will build and optimize alan.com, power marketing acquisition channels, and develop seamless self-serve conversion experiences. Collaboration will be with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams. This role offers a dual impact at the intersection of business and product, with measurable results and a product mindset applied to conversion flows. The infrastructure built will be reused across Alan for various purposes, directly driving member acquisition and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Experience leading a team
  • Good experience building and shipping web applications
  • Genuinely interested in the business side - understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and what drives growth
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial
  • Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
  • English working proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize alan.com, the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan and convert into members across all our markets.
  • Power up all our acquisition channels (paid, seo, llm etc...) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale.
  • Keep pace with marketing trends and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
  • Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly - from discovery, quote to final signup.
  • Support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan's market position.
  • Actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design).
