Requirements

4–8 years of software engineering experience
Strong frontend product engineering depth
Full-stack engineering capability

GraphQL experience
Backend fluency (Python preferred)

Responsibilities

Build highly polished customer-facing interfaces using React and Next.js
Own full-stack feature development across frontend and backend systems
Spend ~70% of time on frontend product engineering
Build user-facing experiences for compliance training and behavioral interventions
Develop real-time notification experiences across messaging platforms
Design and evolve GraphQL schema integrations
Improve frontend/backend data loading performance
Own product features end-to-end from architecture through production
Work directly with product thinking, not just implementation
Collaborate closely with PM and engineering leadership
Gather user feedback and iterate rapidly
Ship production-quality features quickly
Raise frontend engineering standards through mentorship and code review
Influence product direction through engineering judgment
