Requirements

  • Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript, and ability to pick up other languages.
  • Built real features on LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
  • Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and experience with agents performing autonomous tasks.
  • Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship them independently without waiting for direction.
  • Experience moving fast under deadline while leaving extensible foundations for other engineers.
  • Credibility earned with non-engineering experts (finance, legal, recruiters, auditors) and driving software adoption within their real deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Build the hiring machine as software, encompassing recruiting systems, interviewer supply and load visibility, and automated onboarding.
  • Develop the company's cash view by transforming purchase orders, contract terms, and build milestones into an order schedule, cash demand curve, and payment schedule.
  • Construct a capital pipeline from budget approval to released capital to spent dollar, gated on build milestones and automatically assembling proof chains for financing drawdowns.
  • Parse legal and financial documents (MSAs, change orders, side letters) into structured data including obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs.
  • Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams to convert their approvals, contract terms, and reconciliations into structured data and generated work, enabling a continuous close process.
