About The Position

IRALOGIX is a modern financial technology company transforming the $17 trillion IRA market with cloud-based, fully digital IRA solutions for America’s financial institutions. By modernizing how IRA accounts are managed and delivered, we expand access to retirement saving while helping our client-partners grow and compete. At IRALOGIX, we’re proud that our employees are part of a collaborative, fast-growing organization where ideas are valued and ownership is encouraged. We invest in sophisticated, next-gen technology, clear processes, and strong partnerships so our teams can do their best work and see the real-world impact of what they create. And we’re committed to building a workplace that supports learning, innovation, and long-term career development, allowing employees to grow alongside the company. As the Director of Partnerships, you will be the architect and owner of IRALOGIX’s external partnership ecosystem, reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role is the commercial and strategic bridge between IRALOGIX’s platform and the financial institutions, fintech companies, and enterprise alliances that extend its reach and capabilities. You will originate, negotiate, and activate high-value partnerships - from financial institution distribution relationships to technology integrations and strategic enterprise alliances - while serving as the primary voice of partners back into the product organization. The ideal candidate is both a skilled dealmaker and a platform thinker: someone who understands that the best partnerships are built on deep product alignment, mutual value creation, and long-term trust rather than transactional relationships.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances experience, with at least 3–5 years in a director-level or senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of originating and closing enterprise deals with financial institutions or in regulated financial services environments
  • Strong commercial acumen: experience structuring partnership economics, negotiating contracts, and managing long-cycle enterprise relationships
  • Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with product and engineering on API integration, platform architecture, and technical feasibility
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting partnership strategy to C-suite, board members, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnership programs and infrastructure from early-stage to scaled operations
  • Forward-thinking mindset — ability to identify emerging partnership categories and ecosystem shifts before they become obvious opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions (banks, credit unions, broker-dealers, or RIAs)
  • Deep understanding of the retirement services, IRA, or wealth management ecosystem-including how financial institutions buy, deploy, and integrate technology
  • Experience owning technology or API integration partnerships, including negotiating commercial and technical partnership terms
  • Demonstrated ability to sit at the product-partnership intersection: translating partner needs into product insights and product capabilities into partner value
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment governing retirement products (IRS, SECURE Act 2.0, DOL) and how compliance shapes partnership structures
  • Existing network of senior relationships at financial institutions, broker-dealers, or fintech platforms
  • MBA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new platform and integration partnerships-including technology providers, connectivity and data platforms, and fintech ecosystem partners that expand IRALOGIX’s platform capabilities and market reach
  • Own the executive-level relationship with strategic partners pre and post-signature. Conduct regular business reviews, roadmap previews, and retention conversations
  • Translate partner feedback, operational pain points, and growth goals into actionable product and integration inputs for the CPO and executive team
  • Develop a tiered partner framework that segments partners by revenue potential, strategic value, and integration depth and allocates resources accordingly
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Operations, Marketing and Sales to ensure a seamless handoff from partnership signing to onboarding and live deployment
  • Build and manage a technology partner ecosystem-including data providers, payroll integrations, investment platforms, and identity/KYC vendors-that enhances the IRALOGIX platform’s capabilities and partner and investor experiences
  • Define and own the partnership integration framework: API partnership terms, co-development agreements, and go-to-market alignment with technology partners
  • Work closely with product and engineering to ensure technology partners can integrate efficiently; serve as the business owner for the developer/partner API experience
  • Identify gaps in the platform’s ecosystem that can be addressed through strategic integrations rather than in-house builds, and bring forward credible partner candidates
  • Source and develop large-scale strategic alliances; including white-label arrangements, co-branded products and services, and enterprise distribution agreements that create step-change growth for IRALOGIX
  • Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year partnership agreements in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Executive leadership
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic alliance opportunities; manage partner relationships through long sales cycles with disciplined pipeline hygiene
  • Represent IRALOGIX at industry conferences, association events, and partner summits to build visibility and source new relationships
  • Define IRALOGIX’s partnership strategy in alignment with the CPO’s product vision and company growth objectives; translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap of partnership initiatives
  • Build partnership infrastructure from the ground up: playbooks, onboarding processes, co-marketing frameworks, and governance models
  • Track and report partnership pipeline, revenue attribution, integration adoption, and partner health metrics to the CPO and executive team
