It involves building trust with healthcare leaders to solve access crises for their communities. The position is energized by complex, long-cycle sales that require relationship-building, strategic thinking, and persistence. The individual will navigate healthcare organizations with ease, earning the confidence of C-suite executives, clinical directors, and operational leaders by understanding their world before pitching solutions. The role thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where results are visible, autonomy is real, and work directly shapes the growth of an organization with a mission to improve behavioral health access. This role owns the Eastern Territory, covering parts of the Central and Eastern United States, giving candidates based in those regions a natural advantage. Behavioral health access is a critical challenge, and this role is the engine for partnerships with community mental health centers, hospitals, and health systems to bridge that gap. The Clinical Partnerships Director is responsible for building a strong, qualified pipeline and closing new partnerships, thereby enabling communities to access vital behavioral health services. This role is central to Iris's growth strategy, expanding its footprint and deepening its impact across the country.
