About The Position

Insait builds AI-powered conversational agents for financial institutions — helping banks and fintechs personalise at scale, grow revenue from existing customers, and modernise legacy service operations. We are Series A with 30+ enterprise customers across North America and EMEA, and a product that is already proving itself in production. We are looking for a builder who can take a nascent, founder-led partnerships function and turn it into a structured, scalable growth engine — without losing the speed and judgment that got us here. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, operates with autonomy, and knows how to get things done inside regulated, complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years in partnerships or BD within B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Proven track record closing and scaling enterprise partnerships
  • Experience working with SIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini) and/or banking platform ecosystems
  • Strong familiarity with financial services and regulated enterprise environments
  • Experience building a function from zero at an early-stage or scaling company
  • Commercial mindset — you focus on outcomes, not logos

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the US partnerships strategy across SIs, banking platforms, and ecosystem players.
  • Build and manage a high-quality partner pipeline.
  • Own the full partner journey — sourcing, structuring, signing, activation, and co-selling.
  • Build the partnership operating model: ICP, messaging, deal structures, and enablement materials.
  • Turn partnerships into measurable pipeline and direct revenue contribution.
  • Cross-functional Work closely with Product to shape integrations, APIs, and roadmap priorities.
