About The Position

At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, we are seeking a Product Director, Channel Strategy to be based in Horsham, PA. This role is crucial in shaping and executing channel strategies for key Immunology brands. The Product Director will gain deep customer insights across various healthcare delivery models, including integrated systems, organized customers, and other influential stakeholders. These insights will inform strategic decisions, enhance value messaging, and accelerate brand adoption and activation. The role requires navigating a dynamic healthcare ecosystem, translating insights into actionable strategies for commercial success across priority channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, SCG, medical affairs, analytics, legal, compliance, and field teams is essential to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to be innovative, creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
  • Validated experience launching innovative marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful.
  • Experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to the success of this position.
  • This position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or an advanced degree is helpful but not required.
  • Sales or sales leadership experience is preferred.
  • Market access experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel strategies that support brand performance across integrated systems, organized customers, and other key account types.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, care-model dynamics, economic drivers, decision processes, and population-level priorities within key channels, translating insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Value & Evidence and Medical Affairs to shape compelling, evidence-based value narratives tailored to priority customer segments.
  • Define key metrics, assess channel performance, and optimize strategies through ongoing analysis and customer feedback.
  • Develop tools, resources, and training to support IAT field execution and maximize impact.
  • Identify, develop, and test scalable channel solutions, pilots, and new models that enhance brand value and support portfolio growth.
