Requirements

Bachelors in related field and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED and 6 years
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to analyze vast amounts of data to ensure efficiencies is maintained
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects
Strong time management and customer relationship skills
Must be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
Must have a high level of integrity and work ethic

Responsibilities

Implementing and supporting various products
Providing product documentation
Interacting with many organizational departments and customers
Acquiring technical information from vendors as required
Planning and developing test programs for new products
Preparing product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market
Identifying problems with terminal application features and functionality, documenting any software bugs or issues
Analyzing test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications
Producing documentation on all new products and training internal departments on the new products
