This role is for a Senior Specialist, Product Development in New York City, offering an opportunity to make an impact and shape the future of the brand. Requirements

• 4–7 years of footwear product development experience.
• Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing.
• Experience working with overseas factories
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• PLM and Illustrator proficiency.
• Travel Overseas

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Development: Manage the development of assigned footwear styles from prototype to final sample
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing to align on product vision, timelines, and business goals.
• Manage Samples & Timelines: Track samples, fit reviews, and revisions to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Oversee and Maintain: Material and hardware library for collection.
• Ensure Quality & Standards: Participate in fit sessions and wear testing to ensure product meets quality expectations
• Support Global Operations: Manage PR and eCommerce requests in partnership with the Spain office
