This position is responsible for implementing and supporting various products, providing product documentation, and interacting with many organizational departments and customers. It requires a blend of skills and experience specifically focused on product support for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to function as a member of a team, strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and very detail-oriented.

Requirements

Bachelors in related field and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED and 6 years
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to analyze vast amounts of data to ensure efficiencies is maintained

Responsibilities

implementing and supporting various products
providing product documentation
interacting with many organizational departments and customers
Acquires technical information from vendors as required.
Plans and develops test programs for new products.
Prepares product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.
Identify problems with terminal application features and functionality, document any software bugs or issues.
Analyzes test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications.
Produces documentation on all new products and trains internal departments on the new products.
