About The Position

This role is responsible for leading core production and tracking in meetings, driving clear agendas, ownership, and follow-through on all action items. The manager will provide visibility into all orders, milestones, and delivery timelines across the production lifecycle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking at all times. This includes production tracking and coordination across Design, Marketing, Planning, and Trade Office, ensuring teams are aligned on timelines, priorities, and execution. The role involves identifying risks and delays early, communicating clearly, and escalating to the appropriate stakeholders to protect timelines. Additionally, the manager will track vendor and production partner performance against milestones, ensuring accountability and clear attribution of delays, and drive issue resolution across production and sourcing, ensuring problems are owned and resolved quickly without unnecessary escalation. A key aspect of this role is maintaining clean, reliable systems and reporting that provide accurate visibility into production status and risks. The position also requires the ability to own sourcing and production execution for domestic and non-core product categories, including vendor identification, onboarding, and management.
