EXPLEO GROUP CANADA is looking for a Product Development Expertise Center Support Agent to join a dynamic and expanding team in Valcourt, QC (Hybrid position). Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Advanced level (spoken/written) in French

Responsibilities
- Respond to various client requests and propose solutions to issues encountered according to department criteria
- Participate in the development and improvement of work procedures
- Collaborate with clients by guiding them on the best methodologies
- Conduct research from various sources to gather accurate information needed to provide answers or complete files
- Document issues, methodologies, and solutions related to encountered challenges
- Escalate complex issues to department experts
