About The Position

The Opportunity As a Product Development Excellence Senior Associate you will support client work in operations consulting by helping analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and shape strategies that improve speed to market, reduce cost, and strengthen product quality within our Operations Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members while using critical thinking, data-driven insights, and a broader view of the business context to navigate complex situations. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to product development and manufacturing projects by applying lean methods, examining supply chain integration, and using digital technologies to support process improvement and delivery of client solutions.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

Analyzing product development and manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Developing strategy and transformation deliverables that improve speed to market, cost performance, and product quality
Applying product development, product lifecycle management, and product roadmap skills to support client initiatives across concept through launch
Documenting current-state processes and future-state operating models to guide operational change
Interpreting data and operational metrics to inform recommendations for product strategy and manufacturing improvements
Supporting lean manufacturing and supply chain integration efforts that align product development with downstream operations
Using AI fluency and process documentation tools to improve analysis, reporting, and knowledge transfer
Building meaningful client relationships while anticipating needs and coordinating assigned workstreams
Reviewing the work of junior team members and guiding task execution within defined project scope
Developing recommendations that reflect changing business context, client priorities, and professional standards
