This role, based at Louisville Assembly Plant, works with a cross-functional team in the investigation of product and production issues. This may include assisting repair technicians in performing vehicle diagnostics, as well as investigating issues arising from the product design or production process. We’re seeking a diligent, detail-driven professional to provide vital Chassis systems expertise in support of our manufacturing processes. This individual will proactively drive cross-functional problem solving and be responsible for leading their vehicle function group to meet quality objectives.

Responsibilities
- Investigate product and production issues.
- Assist repair technicians in performing vehicle diagnostics.
- Investigate issues arising from the product design or production process.
- Provide Chassis systems expertise in support of manufacturing processes.
- Proactively drive cross-functional problem solving.
- Lead their vehicle function group to meet quality objectives.
- Review and react to daily incoming warranty claims data.
- Contact dealerships to clarify repair diagnoses.
- Participate in customer call backs to ensure proper understanding of customer feedback.
- Review returned parts for root cause analyses.
- Develop Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions.
