About The Position

As a Product Development Engineer at BAUCO Access Panel Solutions, you will be a key driver of innovation, participating in the full product lifecycle from concept sketches and CAD models through prototyping, testing, and production launch. This includes the opportunity to experiment with solutions and iterate on the findings. You will become a subject matter expert in how and why our products are created. This is not a desk-bound role. You will be on the shop floor, in the design suite, and in conversations with vendors and customers, always asking how we can do it better.
