About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Developer focused on Logowear and Graphics to bring logo-driven products to life, from concept through production. This role sits at the intersection of product development and graphic application, partnering with Design, Sales, and Sourcing to deliver high-quality embellished apparel at scale. You’ll play a critical role in translating artwork into production-ready execution while balancing speed, cost, and quality.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in apparel product development, preferably in logowear or graphic-heavy products
• Hands-on experience with screen printing, embroidery, or other embellishment techniques
• Strong understanding of how graphics interact with fabrics and garment construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLM/PDM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development of logowear products from concept through production handoff
• Translate artwork into production-ready graphic applications across apparel styles
• Develop and execute embellishment techniques (screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.)
• Partner with Design, Sales, and Technical Design to ensure accurate graphic placement, execution, and quality
• Own timelines, approvals, and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Work closely with global vendors and sourcing teams to develop samples and resolve issues
• Ensure products meet cost targets, minimums, and production requirements
• Maintain accurate tech packs, BOMs, and graphic specifications in PLM systems
• Review strike-offs, samples, and production outputs to ensure consistency and brand standards
• Support custom programs, bids, and special projects with technical product expertise
