About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Developer focused on Logowear and Graphics to bring logo-driven products to life, from concept through production. This role sits at the intersection of product development and graphic application, partnering with Design, Sales, and Sourcing to deliver high-quality embellished apparel at scale. You’ll play a critical role in translating artwork into production-ready execution while balancing speed, cost, and quality.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in apparel product development, preferably in logowear or graphic-heavy products
Hands-on experience with screen printing, embroidery, or other embellishment techniques
Strong understanding of how graphics interact with fabrics and garment construction
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Nice To Haves

Experience with PLM/PDM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end development of logowear products from concept through production handoff
Translate artwork into production-ready graphic applications across apparel styles
Develop and execute embellishment techniques (screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.)
Partner with Design, Sales, and Technical Design to ensure accurate graphic placement, execution, and quality
Own timelines, approvals, and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Work closely with global vendors and sourcing teams to develop samples and resolve issues
Ensure products meet cost targets, minimums, and production requirements
Maintain accurate tech packs, BOMs, and graphic specifications in PLM systems
Review strike-offs, samples, and production outputs to ensure consistency and brand standards
Support custom programs, bids, and special projects with technical product expertise
